A comprehensive and stimulating Foundation Course for overseas students who wish to study a business related degree at a British University. This 6 month (January entry) or 9 month (September entry) academic course gives students a foundation not only in English language and culture but also in the world of Business from a European perspective.

IELTS Preparation
Murni College has a great range of IELTS / TOEFL courses available.
• IELTS Preparation: 4 lessons per week each 6 hours (24 hours) 3 Months programme
• IELTS Plus: 16 lessons per month. Extended
• TOEFL 4 lessons per week each 6 hours (24 hours) 3 Months programme

All Preparation classes can be extended to take into account the PLUS programme. All participants must pass an adequacy exam set by Cambridge before entering the programme.

Cambridge Certificate CFE / CAE / CPE

The Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE) & Cambridge Advance English & Cambridge Proficiency in English Mini-Group course is primarily aimed at people currently living and working in Malaysia who wish to improve their General English and sit an internationally recognised English language examination OR for those students wishing to emigrate to other nations around the world for academic further studies.

Academic Writing

The Academic Writing Evening Mini-Group course is primarily aimed at students currently living in Malaysia and who are either studying or planning to study at a university or college here or overseas. The key objective of the course is to improve students' Academic English writing and their use of English for seminars, lectures and presentations.

General English As A Second Language Programme:
Levels 1,2,3 and advanced English Academic Certificate programme.

This intensive English Programme is delivered by highly qualified English language teachers from America, Australia and England and is warranted by universities around the world as it leads direct to the Certifications through TOEFL / EILTS / Cambridge CAE, CPE.

The language programme starts from the very basics through to the more advance topics and deals with intense social and geo-political topic of discussion. Every class covers the (4) four main components of English as well as the more advanced components being Grammar in the written word and Grammar in the spoken word, these are often overlooked by language schools around the world as they don’t use native English teachers.

The programme term is (6) six hours per day for (4) four days a week in classroom setting and (1) day a week in the (ICBT) Lab Interactive Computer Based Training Facility, on campus.
