Diploma in Business Negotiations & Conflict Resolution

The aim of this diploma is to give each and every student the insight to understand how negotiations are conducted not only in everyday life but also and mainly within the fields of commerce, banking, the boardrooms and back offices of industry. The diploma will also look at those aspects of business the pertain to inter-office negotiations and look directly at the personnel aspect of pay rises and understand the intricacies involved in day-to-day operations of negotiations within the workplace both locally and internationally.

Another aspect of this diploma will deal with conflict resolution both in the workplace and within personal lives of employees and management, this part of the diploma will cover areas as vast as sales and marketing, staff and employment, implementation and deployment of staff and product, multi-racial integration and cross border implications.


WHO SHOULD DO THIS DIPLOMA.

Every candidate that has direct involvement in the negotiations of sales, marketing, law, integrations and personnel implementation. Those personnel that are within the fields of Public Relations, Sales and Marketing, Product deployment and Design as well as those involved in Promotional deployment and Customer Service.
