Murni Nursing College is committed to provide a comprehensive health education knowledge and exposures to our students. Murni is always emphasizing on high quality academic and hands-on skills to ensure our students are fully competent after graduating from this college.

At present we are offering two (2) programmes namely Diploma in Nursing and Diploma in Medical Assistant. Both programmes are a three (3) years, full time programmes offered to SPM certificate holders.

The Diploma in Nursing programme is developed to educate and train students on various nursing skills. Students will be exposed to the required nursing skills and will manage patients with various issues related to individual and community health, while undergoing this programme. The curriculum provides a balance theoretically and hands-on learning experiences to ensure students are well equipped with the knowledge and skills in order for them be successful in the health and nursing career.

The Diploma in Medical Assistant programme aims to educate and train students on the physical examination as a process of diagnosing patient’s illness. As part of the learning, students will have exposure on managing patients. The lecture, laboratory and clinical based learning process at this college will ensure students have a strong understanding in medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, patient care, pharmacology, medical office and management procedures, communication skills, as well as computer skills.

Murni provides all the necessary facilities that are required for an establishment of a Private Higher Education Institution (PHEI). The facilities are fully equipped with lecture and tutorial room, hospital standard wards and skills laboratory, computer laboratory, library, student centre and student’s recreational facilities.

Murni also provides hostel type accommodation and its related facilities to all students who study at our college. We also have our own fleet of vehicle ( busses and van ) for the transport of our students.
